Conference Rooms
The Centralia Recreation Complex has the following room(s) available for use:
- Conference Center Room 101A
- Conference Center Room 101B
- Conference Center Room 101A & B
Set-up on the day of the Event is at no extra charge. If the day or night before is required for set-up, there will be an additional $100.00 charge.
There is also a non-refundable $125.00 deposit required in addition to the room charge. The deposit will be applied to the total cost.
Party Application Form
Please call the front desk to confirm availability and provide your $50 deposit. The deposit can be paid by check or credit card. Your event is not secure until we have the signed Party Application Form, deposit, and date.
Using Adobe Reader, you can complete and sign the form then submit it electronically through our contact form on our home page.
The Party Application Form includes the gym, pool, and birthday parties.
Gym Use Rates
To rent the gym, the following rates apply:
Half Court (1/4 of gym): $50.00 per hour.
Full Court (1/2 of gym): $100.00 per hour
After hours $175.00 per hour
Baby & Bridal Showers
Room 101 A or B will be used for Baby and Bridal showers. Based on 2 hours and one additional hour for decorating the cost is $150.00
A $50.00 per hour charge is applied for each additional hour.
